Mrs. Hawau Olaide Abdulkadir-Yusuf

Hawau Olaide ABDULKADIR is a Lecturer in the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria, where she has taught since 2023. She is currently studying for a PhD in Physiology. Her research covers reproductive, and endocrine physiology, with a particular interest in women’s fertility.
She teaches physiology to undergraduate students and medical students and has supervised up to ten undergraduate research projects, guiding students through experimental design, data analysis, and scientific writing. She is also a Level Adviser in the department, where she gives students academic guidance and mentorship. She has attended scientific conferences and is an active member of the Physiological Society of Nigeria (PSN) and also Physoc. She is committed to good teaching, careful research, and training future physiologists and health professionals
